Copy of Certificate of the Medical Officer, as this day entered

in his journal, in the case of Warder John J. Mc Michael.

I hereby certify that I have carefully examined Warder

John J. Mc Michael, and find him in good health and free from

any constitutional infirmity likely to cause him to be sick. In

my opinion he is well fit to stand service in a tropical

climate.
